The actual Rotary Club Challenge Coin Protocol will vary between Rotary Clubs. A typical Challenge Coin Protocol is:

• Each Rotarian receives a Rotary Club Challenge Coin. Additional Challenge Coins cost $10.00. The coins will therefore pay for themselves.

• Rotary Club Members are encouraged to carry their Rotary Club Challenge Coin at all times.

• A Rotary Club Member may challenge another Club Member with their coin at any time. If the challenged Club Member does not havbe their Rotary Club Challenge Coin when challenged, they may either:

1. Pay a $5.00 fine at the next Club Meeting
2. Buy the challenging Club Member a drink (if appropriate)

• In order to encourage Club Members to adopt and participate in this activity, the Club Member making the challenge will not face any penalty for issuying the challenge to another Club Member if the challenged Club Member has their Rotary Club Challenge Coin in their possession at the time of the challenge.

For the month of August, 2009 your Rotary Club will receive a donation of 5% of the purchase price of any Rotary emblemed shirt or cap ordered from us.

Our Rotary Club Shirts are available in a wide range of both mens and ladies styles in both long and short sleeve. The Rotary International shirts come in sizes from Extra Small to 10-Extra Large as well as several tall sizes for the men and from Extra Small to Plus-2X for the ladies. Several of the styles feature pockets.

Adding the Rotary Member's Club name or District to the Rotary logo is possible and well as adding the Rotarian's name to the shirt.

Several styles of Rotary Club Caps are also included in this promotion. These caps feature the Rotary International logo embroidered in the front of the cap. The Rotarian's Club name or District may be embroidered in the back of the cap.
